CH Charter will be established as a Saudi company with the focus to meet the demand for  additional, higher quality passenger service and direct flights linking the main three gates (Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam) to the  holy cities in Makkah and Madinah in Saudi Arabia with  the rapidly growing Hajj and Umrah markets of Muslim countries.

SCALE helped CH to review their business plan and worked closely with the potential investors to identify funding options and developed 5 years business strategy in 2017.
